What you buy
A zip of setup files: roster, prompts, routines, and a 48-hour playbook. You run it on your own Grok Bot. We do not inject bots into your account.
What we do not sell
We do not sell a Cursor seat or a Grok Bot plan. You need Grok Bot access: Cursor Pro+, Cursor Ultra, or any Cursor Teams seat — or an individual SuperGrok Plus or SuperGrok Heavy account linked to Cursor. Cursor Pro, Hobby, and basic SuperGrok do not include it. See Requirements.
How delivery works
After Stripe clears, the zip downloads on the next page. That download link does not expire — bookmark it. Your Stripe receipt is your proof of purchase.
Refund
If you complete the Day 1-2 playbook steps and the desk does not run as described, email support@deskteams.ai. We acknowledge within 2 business days. We try one fix first; if that does not resolve it, we refund the purchase in full within 5 business days of that decision. Refunds are full, never partial. Live means those playbook steps are done and the desk still does not run as the playbook describes.
Access
We do not log in. We do not take passwords. You sign into your own tools on your Grok Bot computer.
